Native to East and Southeast Asia, North and Central America, and the West Indies, these remarkable plants are among the most ancient flowering species on Earth, with their main distribution being in southern China.

The natural crackle pattern (bīng liè wén – “ice-crack texture”) is unique to each piece, symbolizing Wabi Sabi; the purposeful addition to your tea ritual.
