At KIRIKA & Co, we take care in preparing and dispatching your orders with the same intention and integrity that we bring to every offering.

Shipping

Dispatch & Handling

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the time of purchase. Orders are packed in recyclable, protective materials to preserve the quality and integrity of your items.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship within Australia only via standard tracked shipping providers (e.g., Australia Post or Sendle).
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

  • Remote zones: Allow up to 14 business days

Please note, these are estimates and may be affected by seasonal demand, public holidays, weather events, or courier disruptions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Free shipping may be offered during limited promotional periods — these will be clearly advertised.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our offerings — many of which are small-batch, natural, and hygiene-sensitive — we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we kindly ask you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@kirika.com.au. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photograph.

We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable, in line with the Australian Consumer Law. If a return is required, we will provide further instructions and cover return postage in the case of damaged or faulty goods.

We do not issue refunds for items lost or delayed due to postal service errors once the parcel has left our studio.

Legal & Consumer Rights

KIRIKA & Co complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy does not affect your rights under law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
