    KIRIKA is a thoughtfully curated online space offering Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)–inspired wellness tools, personal reflections, and products that I, as the founder, personally use and trust. All items are chosen with care to support balance, self-awareness, and everyday wellbeing.

  • Are your products medical devices or intended to treat medical conditions?

    No. The products sold on KIRIKA are wellness tools and lifestyle products designed to support general well-being. They are not medical devices and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
    Always consult your healthcare professional before using any new product, particularly if you have a health condition or are pregnant.

  • Do you provide medical advice?

    No. Any insights, reflections, or information shared on this site, in our product descriptions, or in our content are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as such. Please speak to a qualified healthcare practitioner for personalised health guidance.

  • Who chooses and tests the products?

    All products available through KIRIKA are handpicked and tested by me, based on my personal use and experience. They reflect tools and practices I integrate into my own daily life and studies of TCM.

  • Are your products made in Australia?

    Where possible, we prioritise products that are Australian-made, sustainably sourced, and ethically produced. However, some specialised tools may come from international suppliers where traditional craftsmanship is important.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, KIRIKA ships within Australia only. If you’re outside of Australia and interested in our physical goods, please get in touch — we may be able to assist you. You can, however, purchase the virtual goods such asrecipes and guides.

  • What is your return policy?

    We want you to love your KIRIKA purchase. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.
    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products.
